In 2022, we launched IPPC, a free, one-stop platform that enables rights owners to report IP concerns on TikTok Shop more efficiently. We didn’t stop there—we have continued to enhance IPPC and explore new ways to support rights owners and strengthen our anti-counterfeiting efforts.

In 2026, we are proud to introduce TikTok Real—our next step in making IP protection more robust and impactful. TikTok Real is where we deepen collaboration with rights owners, improve IP enforcement efficiency, and build exciting enhancements to our systems. With TikTok Real, we’re building a bridge with industry leaders and rights owners to make our platform more effective in combatting counterfeiting, more reliable, and more trusted by all.

TikTok Real features involve global development and deployment. To ensure a smooth and high-quality user experience, access will be gradually expanded through invitations and beta releases. TikTok Real Roundtable

The mission of TikTok Real is to strengthen our IP protection tools, policies, and enforcement mechanisms—and we know we can only achieve this with the insight, collaboration, and guidance of industry thought leaders, strategic partners, and engaged brand owners. We also recognize that brands may face IP enforcement needs not only on TikTok Shop, but across TikTok and TikTok Ads.

To ensure consistent and effective support for rights owners, we established the TikTok Real Roundtable. As infringement continues to evolve, we will regularly invite rights owners from various industries participating in TikTok Real into the conversation, working hand-in-hand with TikTok to refine our IP protection strategies across multiple channels.

Roundtable participants will share their professional brand protection experience to help TikTok Real design more proactive and robust enforcement mechanisms. With themed discussions and exchanges, we will stay closer with various industries to understand the unique challenges each sector faces, creating a forum where insight drives action.
